Returns & Exchanges

At Just a moment..., we want you to love every piece you purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
